I have a background in clinical sleep medicine, with a focus on diagnostic baseline polysomnogrm studies, treatment therapies such as Continuous Positive Airway Pressure treatment, Dental Appliance Therapies and Positional Therapy when necessary.  Behavior modification therapies were also utilized to improve sleep hygiene.

Exposure to diverse demographics with sleep disorders and co-morbid conditions that could be reversed by behavioral modification such as diet, exercise and better sleep sleep hygiene and stress management inspired me to enroll in a graduate programme which would expand my knowledge to promote overall health and positively impact public health. I continue to learn and develop different areas of interest.
