Improving sleep to protect brain health in adults aged 60 and over – e-COSMOS study

In this project, you will be asked to complete modules of cognitive-behavioral therapy on a web platform that will teach you strategies aiming at fostering good sleep quality and better mental health. You will also complete at-home sleep assessments, questionnaires on your life habits, and quizzes for us to follow your progression in learning strategies aiming at improving your sleep and mental health.

We are looking for participants:

  • Men and women, aged 60 and older
  • Having sleep and memory complaints and interested in improving their sleep
  • Having internet access at home
