Do you have trouble sleeping and are you interested in learning about your sleep?
We are looking for individuals aged 65 years and older with chronic insomnia to participate in a study evaluating the effectiveness of using sensors to analyze sleep in older adults.

- Wear a Fitbit tracker 24 hours a day, with minimal breaks for charging
- Use a Withings sensor mat under the mattress
- Participate in cognitive games three times per week via a smartphone app
- Complete ecological momentary assessments (short mood questionnaires) three times per week
- Engage in a web-based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (eCBTi+) intervention consisting of 10 weekly video capsules (~45 minutes each)
We are looking for participants who:
